Delivery Policy


  • Delivery of order(s) to the stipulated delivery address based on terms outlined under Delivery Policy, Standard delivery service level agreements and rates and Additional terms and conditions below.

Delivery Policy

  • Unless arranged upfront, eYami only accepts deliveries within South Africa
  • eYami employs the services of a third-party courier service to facilitate customer deliveries
  • All eYami deliveries are registered, customers must complete and sign the delivery note at the time of delivery
  • By signing the delivery note, the customer acknowledges receipt of the items ordered and confirms accuracy of quantity, style and sizes
  • The delivery address cannot be changed once an order(s) has been shipped
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipment has been actioned
  • eYami will not accept responsibility for non-delivery or late delivery of orders due to client unavailability, subsequent re-deliveries will be charged at standard rates
  • eYami will not accept responsibility for late delivery and/or loss of items due to the incorrect capture of delivery address
  • All orders will be shipped within 5 working days (Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm) of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated
  • For customer ease, eYami will communicate online tracking information to the customer upon confirmation of shipment
  • eYami does not deliver to Post Boxes

  • Cape Town
  • Port Elizabeth
  • East London
  • George
  • Bloemfontein

Additional terms and conditions

  • Delivery areas falling outside of the major centres may attract longer delivery timelines, up to 2 additions working days
  • In addition, certain areas, such as mines, military bases, embassy offices, government departments, remote plots, farms, power stations etc may attract a surcharge, to be communicated at delivery confirmation stage
