Returns Policy

  • eYami Fashion and Lifestyle (eYami) maintains a 14-day, return policy on condition that product is in its original condition with all packaging, labels and swing tags intact.
  • On receipt and examination of the returned product, eYami will reimburse the purchase price paid for the product, excluding any applicable charges. eYami will not reimburse any shipping charges relating to the order.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods.


    How To Exchange Or Return

    1. Send an email to info@eyamifashion.com with 'Exchange or/and Return' in the subject line. Providing your order number, product/s to be returned or exchanged and reason for the return.

    2. Once received, eYami will process and email you a Returns Authorisation number with the applicable courier company.

    3. To return goods, print out Returns Authorisation number and stick over original packaging then drop off the package with the courier indicated on the label.

    4. Upon receipt of returned good, eYami will process your exchange/refund within 7 working days.

        Non-Returnable Items

        Kindly note, the items below cannot be returned or exchanged:

        • Sale Items
        • Underwear
        • Swimsuits
        • Body Suits

         

        Shipping

        To return your product, you should mail your product to: Co.Space, Unit B22, Cnr Brand Road & Swart Drive Midrand Gauteng ZA 1685

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

        If you are shipping an item over ZAR1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
